visa policy
If you are travelling from outside the Schengen area you will require a visa to enter the UK.
To assist you in your application you will require a letter from Nottingham Trent University as proof that you are participating in the conference.
In order for a letter to be issued you must first have registered for the conference. Once register please write to cumulus16@ntu.ac.uk, and provide the following information:
• Your full name
• Your full address
• The country where you live
• Your date of birth
• Your gender
• Your passport number

cancellation policy
If you would like to cancel your participation in the conference, you can do so by sending an email to cumulus16@ntu.ac.uk by Sunday 27 March 2016. The conference fee will then be returned to you minus a £50.00 processing fee. If you cancel after Sunday 27 March 2016 the conference fee will not be reimbursed.
